FEATURES BENEFITS
Long/Extended Range Thermal Imaging

The 50/250 mm long range or 100/500 mm extended range thermal imaging in the Ranger II & III are available in mid or large format. The Ranger imagers can track vehicles at distances greater than 20 km, through smoke, dust and most obscurants.

Dual Fields of View The Ranger’s dual field of view system allows for fast target orientation and situational awareness as well as super long range zoom.
Powerful Daylight Imaging The Ranger MS ensures 24-hour operation with a powerful 26x daylight color camera.
Geo-mapping & Target Positioning Pinpoint suspect locations in real time on a mapping display with the Ranger MS’s advanced GPS based geo-mapping and target positioning.
Programmable The Ranger MS allows for a programmable search pattern, reducing operator workload.
Laser Rangefinder The eye safe laser rangefinder option allows operators to acquire precision target range and location when integrated with the mapping option.
Motion Detection Software Video motion detection software reduces operator workload by using automatic alarms when movement is detected in a scene.
Integrated Pan/Tilt The Ranger MS’s integrated pan-tilt with precise positioning and variable control provides repeatable position feedback and both fast and slow slew rates, critical for control at full zoom.
Gyro-stabilized The Ranger MS is available with a gyro-stabilization option to deliver steady imagery in unstable conditions.
Adaptable The Ranger MS comes in configurations for portable, fixed, or legacy installations. A stand-alone package allows for fast deployment with PC control, or opt for a universal protocol converter for use in an existing network of fixed sensors.
